Transformers Armada Cartoon Clips

To help ease the anticipation for the Armada cartoon premiering on August 23, 2002, we've made all of our videos easy to get to. Plus, for those of you who have had trouble with our AVI files, never fear. You can either use Quicktime, available at http://quicktime.apple.com, or you can download the proper video codec. ASM reader Dan Campbell did some searching, and this is what he told us:

The required decompressor is called "mjpg", and it can be downloaded at http://www.mainconcept.com/archive/mcjpg30.zip, found on http://www.surfcasters.iinet.net.au/MoviesSet1.html. To install it, you download the .ZIP file, unzip it, right-click the .INF file, and click "Install" in the menu. (Note: This has not been verified by any ASM staff members, nor has the content of this .zip file been inspected. Install at your own risk.)

Note: After watching the first episode of Armada at BotCon 2002, I've renamed the links to the files to better describe the action, although the filenames themselves have not changed.

Don't want to download almost 14 MB? We have a smaller file size and screen resolution AVI file available here, 7.6 MB. Note: Apparently this AVI file uses a different codec than the one listed above. ASM reader Matt says the codec used is the ATI VCR2 codec, available at http://www.ati.com/support/drivers/misc/ATIVCRX.html. Thanks, Matt! (Again, ASM is not responsible; install at your own risk.).
