TOY FAIR 2001: [Remember - every picture links to a larger size!] Jurassic Park III LEGO is producing two sets for the third Jurassic Park movie under their LEGO Studios banner. These build-it-yourself dioramas recreate the behind-the-scenes filming of key scenes from the film. Each boxed set features dinosaurs, scenery, actors and filmmaking equipment. This set depicts the filming of a Spinosaurus attack on a plane stuck in a tree. A vehicle in danger trapped in a high place? Unprecedented in a Jurassic Park film!
In this scene, two Velociraptors and a Pteranodon menace a pair of actors while the cameraman looks on. Or looks in the opposite direction, in this case.
Mindstorms Also on display were several possible constructions that one can create using the build-and-program LEGO Mindstorms Robotics Invention System 2.0 kit and various accessory packages.
